M & N SECURITY Home At M & N Security our aim is to meet all your security and personal safety needs. We offer personalised friendly service for everything from the smallest of intimate gatherings to crowd control, band protection, personal protection as well as static patrols for business' and individual properties. M & N SECURITY are also available for private parties such as 18ths, 21sts or Weddings. In addition to these services we are also happy to subcontract our staff out to other agencies who require additional staff for events. Some of our staff are actually accredited in the hospitality industry as well, holding their RSA's, TOTE, KENO and other forms of certification should they be required to perform more than one function whilst on duty. One of our aims is to cut down on unemployment through employing local people for local positions where possible, and we have many good reasons for this, some of which are; Local people are more aware of the local culture Contrary to popular beliefs the social environment in every area within our small state is not the same. Employing local people allows us to have a good grasp on the incidents which may occur at any given time in any given situation due to the social culture of that area. Or have you been in the situation of having to ask someone yourself? Isnt it frustrating when you cant find the facilities or attractions you need to get to because no one knows the answers to your questions? At M & N SECURITY we are aware of the need to have informed staff and we aim to provide that through employing local people with local knowledge Local people know other locals Our staff are of high integrity and social standing within their communities. Each one has a solid knowledge of many of the other locals in their area allowing them to liaise with the community with little or no effort. By doing this the community is more at ease knowing that their area is being patrolled by someone they know and trust and most times respect highly. At M & N SECURITY we have very strict guidelines on what our staff are and are not permitted to do, wear and say whilst on duty. We place our staff in positions that suit their fields of interest and with people who over time will learn to trust and respect their professionalism and courteous response to any matters put before them. On our team we have people from many different backgrounds and with knowledge in all areas of life from hospitality to community service groups, police and military service, cleaners and factory workers.
